　　ようこそ　牧　義人　の世界へ　！　

　　　１９７８年初夏、初めてのロンドンに飛び立った。日本も国際化を目指して成田の地に
　　　やっと国際空港をオープンしたばかり。あれから既に四半世紀が過ぎた。出張でしか
　　　行くことの無かったロンドンやニューヨークへ今は観光で出かけている。この『牧　義人
　　　・イギリスとヨーロッパの旅』は私のそんな旅の記録です。

　　　２００１年９月１１日、あのニューヨークでのテロ以来世界の紛争は拡大し、旅の不安は
　　　増している。私は西へ東へと空間を飛ぶ旅をしているが、実は何処へ行こうが私自身
　　　は途切れることのない時間の旅を続けている。そして私がお付き合いできる旅の時間
　　　には限りがある。紛争のない世界を、そして実り多い旅を願っている。

　　　　　 Welcome to the world of Yoshito　Maki　!
　In early summer,１９７８, I flew away in first London. Japan just opened an inter-
　national airport aiming at globalization in Narita,　too.　A quarter of century
　already　passed since that. I am London and New York which　there was not of
　going only by a business trip, but go to the town by sightseeing　now. This　
　" Yoshito　Maki　/ UK and European trip" are my records of such a trip.

　　　　A world dispute spreads since terrorism occurreｄ in New York on September
　11,　2001, and uneasiness of a trip increases.　I do a trip to fly in space to the
　east to the　west, but continue a trip in time　without myself breaking off even
　if, in fact, I go to where. And I am limited in the time when I can go for a trip. I
　pray for a trip with much　in the world without a dispute and crops.
